Although this trip was almost a year ago, I thought it deserved a blog post. My favorite trip of 2015 was this one to Washington. I surprised my friend Sydney for her birthday and we hopped on a plane en route to Seattle, WA. Seattle is a much slower paced city from what I am used to in Atlanta and this weekend was a refreshing new exploration of a city. We took the days slow. Our trip consisted of taking the ferry to Bainbridge Island, gong to the library (amazing architecture), and getting to see the city from a helicopter. On the last day we made the drive to Mt Rainer. If you ever have the opportunity to visit the mountain, take it, you will not regret going.
